September. It’s my favorite month of the year – fall clothes, Summer in San Francisco and the perfect time for reconnecting with friends and colleagues. For us on the ISES-NCC Board, it’s the same plus the start of the ISES Calendar year which means our kick off Educational Program.

With the generosity and support of the ISES-NCC Community, the September 20th event was a great success. From the awe inspiring location of Laurent Studios to the conversation stimulating cocktails by Tonic Beverage Catering, we could not have asked for a better day.

Guests arrived to Laurent Studios and were treated to valet parking (thank you Precision Parking ~ you saved us from the great parking spot hunt!). Once inside, Alexis Laurent’s artwork provided the perfect visual backdrop and Oye Productions the perfect ambient music. From there, it was the ISES-NCC community in action ~ you could feel the excitement in the room as we came together to talk shop and shopping!

Rich Sweeney was our guest speaker of the day and imparted his many words of wisdom on how to use your PI (predictive index) to identify your strengths, help develop your personal sales style and to go about creating a winning sales road map.

Following Rich’s presentation, attendees enjoyed a delicious and stunning lunch from LaBonne Cuisine (I am still thinking about the cheesecake lollipops!) and leisurely dined at elegant tables designed by Classic Party Rentals and Soulflower Floral Design.
